You need to either find a shop which specialises in skateboard equipment or use mail order (unless you know a sponsored skater, of course.) Check the magazine list to find your local mag, which will probably have adverts.

Stuff you get for free. The US stuff is generally the best to go with, by "real" companies. For locally produced stuff, best to ask a local skater.


A minimum of 60 nights must be completed before the 180 day satisfaction guarantee exchange becomes applicable. This is the required period, as per international guidelines, in order to adapt to the products.

Payment & Shipping


Within each type of payment method, there are often multiple payment options. For example, payment processors can include Stripe, Authorize.net, Braintree by Paypal, Shopify Payments, and more, while credit card options can include American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Other payment methods include Google Pay and Apple Pay.


A report from NRF shows that 75%of consumers expect free delivery on items under $50. In line with this, consumers are increasingly expecting free delivery of things they buy online.

They’re also embracing new options like picking up their internet purchases at a nearby store to protect their privacy.


You need to find out the sales tax (VAT) rates of the country you’re shipping to. For example, the UK has three VAT rates: 0%, 5% and 20%, which is the standard rate for most goods and services.

In the case of shipping a skateboard to the Viet Nam, it’s 20% because clothing for adults falls under the standard VAT rate.


Delivery time may range from 1 to 25 working days, depending on the nature of your order (local or overseas), the logistics partner, and when your order was picked up by them.

This excludes public holidays and the logistics partner’s non-working days.

Returns & Exchanges


A Return & Refund Policy is a policy that dictates under what conditions customers can return products they've purchased from your ecommerce store and whether you'll reimburse them or not.

It will also let your customers know the time frame within which your company can accept returns.


Always check your spam folder first. Oftentimes, the order confirmation email lands up in the spam folder due to the email settings.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email immediately after an order has been placed, the email address may have been entered incorrectly or the order process was not completed successfully.
